So, this is gonna be a really nerdy post.
This is my guild’s kill video of the first boss in Heroic Nighthold. We one-shot him, as you can see! We’re up 3/10 in Tier 19 on the first night of raiding. My dps was pretty good in this fight. It took a bit for me to figure out this fight having only seen it once in normal before we ran the encounter on heroic. (Also, I did not watch any of the videos, but don’t tell our raid leader!) After I figured it out, if you look at the meters during the fight, you’ll see that Batsheba’s dps was more consistent. The recent class tuning was also a wonderful boost to my Beast Mastery Hunter dps, increasing my Cobra Shot damage by 46% and Kill Command damage by 10%.
Btw, Prime on US-Lightbringer is currently recruiting dps for Mythic raiding. Contact me on Bnet at Bats#1598. Or visit our guild website. Thanks!
For WoW’s 12th Anniversary, we got a Corgi Pup! Very Cute!
This is really cute:
That’s the Monk dps fist artifact weapon.
I have three level 110 toons now. I tried raiding on my elemental shaman, but my dps sucks so bad that I am switching my main back to my hunter. I am just not good playing a caster, and ele shaman is probably the worst caster spec in the game. So, now I have to level up my artifact weapon on my hunter and gear her up a bit more before Tuesday. My GM tells me not to worry though, since we are still farming Emerald Nightmare, I will get geared up soon. We are currently 6/7 Heroic, and are hoping to kill Xavius this week. My guildies are really helpful and laid back. They ran me through a couple mythic dungeons today, and I got 4 upgrades and lots of artifact power on my hunter. I want to get my artifact to 20 traits before Tuesday. It’s at 18 right now. It’ll be a grind but my artifact knowledge is 7, so I think I can do it. Plus, we got the timewalking dungeon bonus event this week, which will award me more AP. I only have one more to do, and hopefully I’ll get a decent reward from the quest.
Prime (US-Lightbringer) v. Nythendra – Emerald Nightmare Heroic – last pull at 21:20 in my Facebook live stream:
No loot for me, just gold on my bonus roll too! Oh well. I seriously need to gear up, so I can improve my dps. My ilvl is only 827. Many of my guildies have been running mythic dungeons for the past two weeks and have 840+ ilvl. It would also help my dps if I remember to refresh my totems! LOL. Pots would be good too, but so freaking expensive atm on my realm. Anyway, it was a good night, fun, and the mechanics weren’t especially complicated.
After my shaman Nnedi dinged 110 the other day, I changed her race to Draenei because I am switching my main in this expac and will be raiding on my shaman instead of my hunter. I had rolled a dwarf because I wanted to play a different start zone, but playing a dwarf just didn’t feel like me, especially when I’m in dungeons. I’m so used to hearing that Draenei voice in my head and seeing her specific character animations. Plus, dwarves drink beer, while I’m more into vodka cocktails 🙂
My shaman Draenei looks almost exactly like my hunter they could be twins, except she has a slightly softer facial expression. My hunter on the other hand looks kinda angry, fierce, and defiant. IMO, Nnedi looks steady, strong, and ready. I wanted a change this expac, to feel excited again and have more fun, to explore this new character and develop her to be as powerful as I can. I’ve been playing hunter since 2006 (ten years!), and I’m ready for a new challenge.

Blizzard has a new feature: live streaming to Facebook with the Battle.net app. I’ve been trying it out on my Facebook page, and I might be becoming addicted. LOL. So many reasons to play WoW now, and so many endgame activities! However, it’s affecting my sleep and eating routines, and I have enough trouble sleeping when I’m not playing WoW. LOL. I’ve been a little depressed lately, and I want to get back to a more regular schedule.
I don’t usually eat after 6pm, except to have a small snack of some sort. But lately, because I’ve been waking up so tired, I haven’t felt like eating in the morning. So, I’ve been eating later and staying up late. Not exactly the best thing for my mental and physical health (chronic shoulder, neck, and back pain) to play WoW this much. But this expac is way funner than Warlords of Draenor, and leveling up was so much easier and quicker. Now, it’s all about leveling up my artifact weapon and gearing up for raiding.

In WoW, I acquired the artifact weapons for the other two Hunter specs. The Beast Mastery scenario was the easiest to complete of all three specs and took me back to Ulduar, which used to be my favorite raid. Wrath of the Lich King is still my favorite expansion. Maybe, Legion will change my mind.
